How can customers give seller feedback for past orders?


Many sellers focus heavily on getting product reviews, but fewer know the importance of seller feedback. Seller feedback is as crucial as product reviews because it reflects directly on your seller profile and includes seller ratings. Negative feedback can significantly impact customer trust.

Step 1

Go to the Amazon buyer site (amazon.com) and log in with the account from which you placed the order.

Step 2

Click on Refunds & Orders.

Step 3

Find the product for which you want to leave feedback and click on View Order Details.

Step 4

Click on Leave Seller Feedback.

Step 5

Select a star rating and write a brief description of your shipping and seller experience.

Important note

Sellers can manage feedback by going to the Feedbacks section under the Performance tab in Seller Central.
