How to connect more than one trademark by bulk file?
Amazon allows Brand Registered sellers to sell in more than one marketplace and register trademarks across different countries. The Trademark and Patent office can attach a common trademark with multiple Trademark Registration (TM) numbers.
For managing more than one brand, you can update trademarks via a bulk file operation. Below are the simple steps to follow:
Step 1
Log in to your Brand Registry account.
Step 2
Navigate to Manage > Manage Trademark and click on the tab Connect Multiple Trademarks.
Step 3
You will land on a screen where you can download the template.
Step 4
Once you download the template file, add the requested trademark details to the template:
Trademark office: PPO for Poland, ISPO for Singapore, KSA for Saudi Arabia, TMR for India, etc.
Trademark number: Serial Number.
Trademark type: Design or Word.
Refer to the given instructions and examples in the template file.
Step 5
Upload the file after all the details are added, and then click on Connect.
Amazon Brand Registry Support will review and update the trademark for the requested brand. You can check the application status by navigating to Manage > Brand Application.
