How to contact Walmart Seller Support


If you encounter issues with your Walmart Seller account, you can reach out to Walmart Seller Support by following these steps:

Step 1: Log in and access Help
  • Log in to your Walmart Seller Account.

  • Click on Help located in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Select support category

On the Select Support Category page, choose the main category that best fits your issue. Common categories include:

  • Orders

  • Items & Inventory

  • Returns

Step 3: Choose a sub-category

After selecting a category, a list of sub-categories will appear.

Choose the sub-category that further describes your issue. For example, if you selected Orders, you might see sub-categories such as:

  • Order processing issues

  • Customer inquiries

  • Order status updates

Step 4: Specify your issue

Select the specific issue you’re facing within the sub-category. For example, if you choose Return/Return Question & Feedback, you may see options like:

  • Unable to process customer refund

  • Return policy questions or feedback

Choose the option that best fits your query or error.

Step 5: Review suggested solutions

Walmart Seller Support may provide quick solutions or resources related to your issue. Review these suggestions to see if they resolve your question.

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see Did you get a resolution? Select No if your issue is still unresolved, which will allow you to proceed further.

Step 6: Choose contact method

After selecting No, you’ll be directed to choose a contact method to reach Seller Support. Available options may include:

  • Call

  • Email

  • Live Chat

Step 7: Open a case (example: via email)

If you choose to Open a case via Email, Walmart will ask for specific details about your issue. Provide all requested information, including any relevant files or images to help clarify your issue. Click Submit to create and send your case to Walmart Seller Support.

Once submitted, Walmart will follow up with you based on the contact method you selected. This process ensures that your inquiry reaches the right support team for a quick resolution.
