How to generate a search term report in Amazon Seller Central

Generating a search term report helps you analyze the performance of your ads by identifying which keywords or search terms are driving traffic to your listings. This report provides valuable insights to help you optimize your campaigns.

Step 1: Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account

First, log in to your Seller Central account. Once logged in, go to the Reports section in the top navigation menu.

Step 2: Select Advertising Reports

From the dropdown, select Advertising Reports, then click on Create Report.

Step 3: Choose Sponsored Products under All Campaigns

In the All Campaigns section, select Sponsored Products as the campaign type you want to analyze.

Step 4: Select report type as Search Term

For the report type, choose Search Term. Then, set the timeline for the report, based on the date range you want to analyze. Finally, click Run Report.

Once the report is ready, you can download and analyze the search terms that have been generating clicks and sales for your products. This will help you identify high-performing keywords as well as low-performing ones, which can be added as negative keywords to optimize your campaigns.
