Amazon will no longer support the Free Shipping Promotion starting January 13th, 2020. The seller can make any necessary edits to our Free Shipping Promotions in Advertising > Promotions before this date.
If any such kind of promotion is running in your account, then make the necessary changes.
On January 13th, 2020, all Pending and Active Free Shipping Promotions will be terminated by having their status automatically updated to Expired, and the Free Shipping promotion type will be removed from the Create a Promotion page in Seller Central.
If the seller would still like to provide free shipping for customers, the seller can set this up by updating the Shipping Settings within the Settings tab.
