Even with high-quality products that stood out in the market, their ads weren’t driving the growth they needed. That’s when they reached out to us to identify what could be improved. We stepped in with a clear plan, and in just three months, ACoS dropped from 70.27% to 35.67%—nearly 50% better ad performance from May to July. Challenge
Initially, when we looked at their sales in May 2025, their PPC sales were $2,877.03 with an ACoS of 70.27%. Despite having a strong product lineup, their ad spend wasn’t leading to real growth. The ACoS was too high, and their campaigns covered many keywords, but they needed more focus on the ones that worked best. The big question was: how do we scale smartly?
Approach
We created a clear, results-driven strategy to improve their performance.
First, we paused keywords that weren’t performing well or weren’t relevant.
Focused on high-priced products that could generate more sales with fewer clicks.
We added negative keywords, adjusted bids, and shifted more budget to high-performing keywords.
Then we targeted niche keywords with low competition but a strong chance of converting into sales.
Launched campaigns around best-selling products and optimized the use of the budget.
Lastly, we closely monitored campaign performance and made quick, data-driven adjustments.
