Challenge 

Dreamfarm has a wide range of products, but their bestsellers are the main drivers of sales. While they were seeing steady sales on Amazon, Dreamfarm wanted to improve their PPC performance, lower their ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), and increase their total sales. The innovative kitchen tool market is competitive on Amazon. So, they needed a strategy that would scale their top-performing products and optimize their ad spend without sacrificing profitability. 

Our approach

1. Focused on high-selling ASINs

We analyzed Dreamfarm’s top high-performing products, which were already driving strong sales. We reallocated a larger portion of the PPC budget to these high-converting ASINs to maximize visibility and sales.

2. Revived older PPC campaigns

We identified older PPC campaigns that had performed well in the past but were paused. We reactivated and improved these campaigns by updating the bids, keywords, and targeting to unlock their sales potential, giving Dreamfarm a chance to generate more traffic and sales from previous efforts.

3. Improved product listings for organic growth

We optimized the product listings for their popular products, making sure the product titles, descriptions, and bullet points were aligned with high-converting keywords. This boosted organic visibility and supported better performance for both PPC and organic traffic, supported by an optimized Amazon ranking strategy.

4. Ongoing monitoring and adjustments

We kept a close eye on performance metrics like ACoS, CTR, and conversion rates. Regular adjustments were made to bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure campaigns were as efficient as possible. This real-time optimization helped us maintain a balance between ad spend and sales growth.

Results:

  • Total Sales increased by $6,227.22, from $157,615.17 to $163,842.39. 

  • PPC Sales grew by $4,616.29, from $55,233.06 to $59,849.35. 

  • Organic Sales increased by $1,610.93, from $102,382.11 to $103,993.04.
