Brand Overview

All Performance specializes in high-quality performance car tuning parts and accessories from leading manufacturers, including coilovers, exhausts, and induction kits. As it was a relatively new project, we were still in the process of optimizing its advertising strategies and overall sales performance. Before Prime Day, the brand faced challenges with high Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) and lower sales volumes. However, during Prime Day, All Performance saw a dramatic turnaround with a significant reduction in ACoS and a boost in sales.

Challenge

The primary challenge for us was managing a new project with initially high ACoS and lower sales. The brand needed to refine its advertising strategies and optimize listings to achieve a more efficient return on investment. The task was to reduce the ACoS significantly and increase overall sales, particularly during the highly competitive Prime Day event.

  • Implemented strategic coupon and promotional discounts to attract more buyers and increase conversions.

Achievement

  • Average daily sales increased from $216.87 to $809.95 on Prime Day, representing a nearly 4x increase in revenue.
  • PPC sales experienced a significant rise, growing from an average of $51.33 per day to $509.97 on Prime Day, an impressive 9.9x increase.
  • ACoS saw a remarkable reduction, dropping from an average of 84.28% to just 9.62% on Prime Day, indicating a more efficient and cost-effective advertising strategy.
